Sooo there are two possibilities here. Either our guesses about what might clear people are totally off and most of those people being on this list is a complete coincidence, or it's not a coincidence and maybe we should be looking into why only one person who got cleared isn't on the list. Isn't that more likely to give us clues than just shrugging and giving up?
