Does your need to express your regret outweigh their need not to be reminded of the things you did to them whenever they look any of the rest of us in the face, knowing that we know what was done to them by you? That seems like something very disrespectful of their needs to do as a way of demonstrating your remorse, instead of a way of making them view you as even less avoidable.
I worry that if what you seek is kindness, from anyone, what you have done instead is left those you've hurt feeling backed into a corner and deeply unsafe. Are you suicidal? Because if you are I recommend you seek a medical professional onboard immediately. They may not be able to help immediately, but they can at least ensure your safety until you come to your senses.
