[ Her brow furrows and she squeezes Catra's hands in reply. She has to think about that for a long, long moment. ]

...how do you feel about that now? She did ask you. Or... talk to you, I guess.

[ Catra shrugs, her tail flicking slowly in a little arc as she tries to focus thoughts into words. ]

No. Not since you two had that whole argument a while back. I mean we've talked but not about that stuff specifically, right?

[ She shifts her weight slightly, comforted by the warm, firm reality of Adora touching her. It feels grounded. Real. ]

I still like her. That never changed. How do you feel about her? Or about the whole thing?

[ Adora's eyes follow the flicking of Catra's tail when it sways into view and then back when it slips back behind her. She's thinking. ]

I mean - I like her. I think she's nice. [ She purses her lips. ]

I don't know if I love her. But... [ She glances at Catra's face. ]

[ Catra sighs and bends forward, hands cupping Adora's cheeks. ]

[ She frowns. Trying to make her words do what she wants them to do. ]

[ Adora sighs and flops her head back onto the pillow with a slight frown. ]

Complicated? I want you, you know? I want to hug you and kiss you and just have you around, forever. But I also want people to know how great you are. And... [ She squeezes Catra's hands. again. ]

...I also feel like I'd be OK, if you wanted to love other people. Because I definitely do. Not as much as I love you, but - Glimmer is really important to me. Bow is really important to me. Maybe not in quite the same way, but...

[ Catra nods. Adora had a lot of love in her heart and while Catra still felt unsure, sometimes, about how much she ranked there it was better than it had been. When your love saves the world, it helps make you feel a bit more secure. ]

I get it. And I mean--I care about her. Not the same way I love you, but--she's nice. I want to make her happy. She seems so serious and sad sometimes. Sometimes I think she reminds me a lot of myself.

[ She bends forward again and kisses Adora. It's gentle and chaste, adoring. ]

I just want to make sure that I'm not going to hurt you by doing something you don't want me to do. Because you're first, for me. Always.

[ Adora returns the kiss and cocks her head slightly. ]

You won't. And if I ever do feel hurt... well. I'll tell you. Or try. I'm not the best at that whole thing yet.

[ She sighs. ]

Not exactly where I imagined it either. We'll just have to make the best of it and get home as soon as we can, right?

[ Adora groans. ]

We can... take five minutes before we start worrying about everything exploding again.

[ And with that Catra leans down to give Adora another kiss. How lucky to have a door that closes properly now, even if it doesn't lock! ]
