[See, this is what gets always misunderstood about Price: he doesn't mind being nice, in fact he is never rude, it's just that he doesn't mind doing 'evil' things and even then he will still be polite about it.

He'd gladly help you with your bullet wound after being the one who fired that same shot at you. Breaking stuff and fixing it afterwards means more interest in understanding the way it works, sure one does not think of another as a monster for 'stabbing repeatedly' a teddybear with a needle when sewing a loose button and effectively making it better than it was before, so what's the fuss about?

Everyone's got this personal vendetta against him, but he isn't coming for anyone, promise. He's just irritated by others' behaviour every now and then, but who isn't? On the contrary! He just happens to have his own special way of interacting: one wouldn't call a puppy manipulative because it likes to bite with its sharp teeth while playing and it happens to be cute.
It's the very same thing! Price is exactly like a puppy, with a sprinkle of torture and genocide maybe, but still, the presence of niceness and softness does not necessarily mean manipulation, he's just cuddly and wanting to play, that's it. So he responds, speaking with his low and ever reassuring monotone.]
