So, you all know I'm a superhero, and you all know I'm a singer. Lately though, I've been doin' too much of the former and not enough of the latter. There's been some, mostly for my own amusement and to keep in practice, but if I'm honest I've always liked havin' an audience. Wouldn't have the job back home I do if I didn't.

So, just for fun, I'd figured I'd open myself up to requests. Or just some conversation if you ain't feelin' it.

Keep in mind though, if you're the type who ain't a fan of country? Anything you request probably'll end up that way. Not 100% my fault, the invisible intangible Stuff band I've got backin' me defaults to it.

Let's see you country-fy a Beatles song. Trust me, the result cannot be worse than my earnest attempts to sing.

[Well, that and hearing something familiar is a nice way to soothe the eternal feeling of homesickness she has nowadays -- even though there's no guarantee Greg knows who the Beatles are, in the first place.

Yet assumin' it'd be hard. You know how much influence country had on the Beatles? Act Naturally was originally by a band called Buck Owens and the Buckaroos, for Pete's sake.

But as funny as it'd be to that one, I've got a different song in mind.

[And Greg starts in on I've Just Seen A Face. Partly because it's genuinely a good song, but mostly because it proves his point. It's basically a bluegrass song already, just without the banjos. Which are sadly missing from Greg's cover as well.]

[Shelley listens, leaning back and closing her eyes. He's...he's right. Point proven, that's for sure! Her mind has expanded, the world has shown a new side to it, this is good!]

Wow. I can't argue with hard hitting evidence like this. I'm going to have to tell everyone about this at home once I'm back!
