001: Group Introductions - TEXT
[During a lull in the party, Armstrong taps out a quick message to the network. Not that private one, he doesn't trust it. They can answer whenever they like, so long as he gets an answer. The trick would be wording it.]
So, we're all in this for now. You've had your welcome cake, but you can't meet everyone in a party, no matter how hard you try. But, since we've all been encouraged to sign up with Jorgmund, I figured now would be a good time to get some introductions done. Talk about any specialties we might have.
Share information that we feel comfortable sharing. This isn't to pressure anyone or to force out any dark secrets.
[Not where watchful eyes can see, at least.]
Besides, I prefer doing this to making a cute information sharing game.
So, please, make your own threads within this post to keep everything organized.

I'm afraid I still don't know most Earth holidays well, and Easter isn't one my home really celebrated much. 人(_ _*) Also, I suppose, you simply might not exist in my world.

No worries. I'll get you up to speed.
Easter is about new life, new beginnings, the season turning good again after the winter finally gives way. It's only the best day of the year.
I don't have any gifts yet to make up for not bein there for your childhood, but as soon as I get some chocolate made I'll work on making it up to you.

[Says the girl who literally died and rose again, once. Of course she'd find that touching.]
(シ_ _)シ It isn't your fault. You can't be everywhere, and I probably wouldn't have been able to get any of them, anyway, even if you do exist anywhere I've ever been. But I wouldn't refuse it, even if we've barely met. It's a chocolate given out of kindness, how ever could I? (*´・v・)

[Does this mean an alternate him was out there, not doing things as thoroughly as he does? Maybe after all this is over, he can go find some alternate selves and give them a helping hand. It'd be nice to be able to talk shop with someone else who's done the job as long as him.]
Wouldn't have been able to get 'em? Why not? I'd have left some you'd be sure to find.

Even if you had left some behind, they would have been found and repurposed for other ends before we could have discovered their existence ourselves. Your effort would by necessity have needed to be crushed before it could ever truly be something any citizen could have considered placing more faith in than what we had been taught to be the perfect will of Moebius.
It is different now, and if you were to ever discover a way to reach the people of my world today they would be delighted to meet a creature like you, I think, and to share what you're offering with each other. But the Labyrinth I was raised in was not a place where gifts were permitted to be given. No one gave anyone anything; there always had to be a price. A gift without a price would be a trap for fools or merely spoils to be taken. The only kindness that existed under lord Meobius was to be the kindness, offered by Moebius himself, of our continued existence as extensions of his will.
As he knew everything that it was possible to ever know about us, our lives were, in turn, his to define.
